Terms of Service

Agreement
By creating a Quillon account, you agree to these Terms of Service. Quillon is operated by Benjamin Schlussel, a sole proprietor based in Michigan, USA. "You" means the entity using Quillon (typically your company); "Quillon" means the service.
Service description
Quillon analyzes your customers' Stripe billing data, Postgres-based usage data, and (optionally) CRM activity to surface churn risk signals. Quillon is intended for B2B SaaS founders monitoring their customers.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One person per account at this time (multi-user-per-org is a planned future feature). You must be at least 18 years old.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Connect data sources you don't own or aren't authorized to access.
- Use Quillon to surveil individuals or identifiable end-users beyond what's necessary for churn analysis.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-abuse Quillon's APIs.
- Resell Quillon or wrap it as your own offering.
Billing
Plans are listed at quillon.co/pricing. Billing is monthly, in advance, via Stripe. Cancel anytime in Settings — your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period.
Service availability
Quillon targets high availability but doesn't offer a contractual SLA at this beta stage. Maintenance windows announced in-app or by email when applicable.
Data ownership
You own your data. Quillon stores it to operate the service. Account deletion triggers a 30-day grace window followed by hard deletion (see Privacy Policy).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quillon's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid Quillon in the 12 months before the claim. Quillon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Warranty disclaimer
Quillon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Churn analyses are heuristic + LLM-generated and should inform — not replace — your business judgment.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Quillon may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of Acceptable Use with reasonable notice. On termination, your data follows the deletion flow described above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
Changes
Material changes notified by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
